We concentrate on Basic needs. education and health care for children, elderly and the disabled.

I would like to have something like 'CARE' or 'SMILE' - but unfortunately both these are used.
Any ideas?

Glad to see you are involved in helping the kinds, when I was looking for a website name you just went to register.com and entered a name and they told you if it was taken, somewhere on the web there is still a place you can do that I am sure, all foundations are on the web. Good luck and God Bless YOU!!! You might think of naming it after someone who has helped pioneer child care or something like that.
