What prevents you from eating veal more often than you already do (**aside from price**)?

**Please don't answer if you don't eat veal/ or are against eating veal etc

THANK YOU

It's not always available at my local supermarket, and I don't eat out that often. But if it is on the menu at an Italian restaurant (parmigiana or marsala) I almost always order it.

It is delicious, isn't it?

Well, I actually find that I more often prefer the more assertive taste of beef. Veal (especially bones) is great for making stocks due to its high collagen content and although I am not against eating veal, I prefer to buy from the most humane producers and it is actually sort of difficult to find somewhat humane veal producers.

I eat veal as much as I can. The price is the factor so to say aside from the price is a tought rule.

It's hard to find, and when I can get it, it's expensive. It's a rare treat around here reserved for special occasions.
