Every week its the same thing, sure they may be the only two able to win the championship this year, but please give it a rest.

Good morning America and welcome to another day of the Jeff and Jimmie show.Yes the Jeff and Jimmie show the only 2 drivers in NASCAR.They are on their way to a show down for the NEXTEL Cup championship. So watch the race in Phoenix and see which one wins.
Well this sums up the media hype that is written and broadcast each week.
I pay my money to watch 43 drivers race and not just 2 over rated whinners. What respect I had for the Hendrick organization is down the crapper.Gordon is still one of the top all time drivers but this season has been a dayyam reality show and not a stockcar sporting season.
Tired of these 2 is an understatement.

no... well yes I am but not about them being in the news all the time, they are in a 2 man shot-out. what I'm tired of is those two being in what seams like a 2 man shot-out for .... whats it been.... 2, 3 years now. I'd like to see someone else winning race's and championships!

Best case scenario: Johnson and Gordon finish way back in the last 2 races and Bowyer wins it all.
It is getting old that Hendrick Motorsports wins half of the season's races.

How many people are getting tired of this same question being asked every single day? (me rasing hand)

Really, what IS NASCAR thinking talking about them all the time. I mean, it isn't like they are closely locked in a battle for the trophy or anything, or dominating this year. I guess they should talk about the battle for 11th and 12th. That would make more sense.

Im tired of hearing about Jr. He isnt in the chase, he isnt competitive and yet tv continues to cover him. So if you wanna whine about two of the best drivers in the world dueling it out for the championship battling then you better complain about an also ran being talked about week in and week out who hasnt won a race in almost 2 years.

I hear your frustration, but if you're going to get new fans, you have to go with the hottest story and this one has a lot of plot lines - teammates, no team orders, owner/driver - it's pretty unique. In all fairness, they've done a good job of also covering the influx of drivers from other series. Could do with more Craftsman Truck coverage, though...

I've been tired of them both for a while, but you can't say that neither one of them deserves it, they are both great drivers. I just can't believe that Stewart has had such a bad run of luck over the chase. And last year.... don't get me started. Maybe we can see both of them get caught cheating again, and Bowyer pull out the championship, now that would be something.

You answered your own question. They are the only two that are in it to win the championship and the TV stations aren't going to base their shows around a guy who is 11th in the points or a guy who is 23 in the points.

Yeah, I want someone else to win the last races and I want Tony Stewart to win the championship. The media just wants to focus on them not any of the other chasers.

Well, if they're going to win, there's not much anyone can do to stop them. I still think that Kyle Busch might take out his frustration on Jimmie at Homestead. That would be fun.
