NO YOU HAVE TO TRAVEL TO THE POINT OF THE INTERSECTION TO MAKE A TURN.

THE ONLY TIME YOU CAN DO WHAT YOU ASK IS WHEN TURNING INTO YOUR DRIVEWAY OR A FRIENDS DRIVEWAY.
