i think it would depend how bad it is. I would recommend going to a dr. seeing if you even have that, or if you just have trouble sleeping. and then there is a machine that you wear a mask every night and that provides constant air whether you breathe in or out, that will help. I really don't know if the strips or spray would help, it is a problem with keeping the air way open, but i don't know if its something that would constantly need air flowing through or just using those before bed and them working all night. get diagnosed first, and then you can figure it from there.

Sleep apena is a sleep disorder - not a nose disorder. For some reason your body is not breathing while in certain brain wave states - it can be up to many times a minute, and last anywhere between a few seconds and almost a minute. Breathe right or nasal spray wont help you. A CPAP machine will.....

I found that the nasal strips help a bit but that nasal sprays do nothing. If you are having problems, speak to your doctor. A sleep study is needed to determine whether you actually have sleep apnea. If you do, there are a variety of treatment options. One is a CPAP machine - it helps keep your air passages open as you sleep. There are actually two types of this machine. Another option is surgical reduction of the impeding tissues in the back of your throat. A simpler remedy is to lose weight...heavy people are far more likely to develop sleep apnea and weight loss can help reduce the obstructing tissues I mentioned. But your first step is to see your doctor...you can't get a CPAP without a prescription.

I don't think nasal strip/spray works.You can try these:
1. Changes in the Habits
(Avoid alcohol, the smoking and sleeping
medicines)
2.Surgery
Surgery may be done to remove the tonsils and adenoids if they are blocking the airway
3.Bi-level
One more type of cure for sleep apnea is also known as bi-level which uses an electronic circuit to check the patient's breathing, and gives two different pressures, a higher one during inhalation and a lower pressure during exhalation.

sleep apnea is fatty tissue in the bak of ur throat and while sleeping, ur throat can collapse and the fatty tissue get dry or sticky and flutters or can stick shut while sleeping, nasal strips or sprays will not work, as they are for ur sinuses, a sleep apnea machine blows air in through ur nose wth a light mist of water to keep the back of ur throat moist, the snoring is the dry n sticky airway in the back of ur throat, not in ur nose, i know, i have it.

My cousin ended up doing a surgical procedure. It seems to be the only effective solution.
