He throws out my clothes, I have no clothes to wear. He threw out all of my knick knacks that people have given me. Stuff that I like to decorate my room with. OMG i can't believe it. Hes going crazy and hes upsetting me!

He considers it junk and that it is cluttering up his house. Take his clothes and possession's and pack them away. See how he likes that. OR start wearing rags. Sleep on the floor and start acting like a wacko. See how he likes that.

Maybe, he's upset because your room is a mess [&] he's going to throw everything away that's not where it's supposed to be.
My parents did the same to me.. It taught me to keep my room cleaned up.

is ur mother in the home? u need to ask for help from another adult , ur dad has a problem. either that, or go live with someone who can take care of you, considering ur age.....

I'll bet he through it away because your stuff was not where it was supposed to be.

Why is he mad at you and taking it out on your things? There has to be a reason! Unless he is a drunk.
