Take it to autozone, they will test it for free and tell you why the light is on.

well you need to go to your mechanic or shop and they can check what your problem is.. the only way it will be remove is by using a scanner.. you can also go to firestone,pepboys or midas if its available in your area.. well goodluck and hope that your car have no major issue...
