You can't overdose on Vitamin-B because all B vitamins are water soluble and any excess will be flushed out through urine.

A,D,E, and K vitamins. however, are not water soluble and MASSIVE amounts will accumulate in your body.

I'm not sure you can overdose on the B complex vitamins. I had Bursitis, and was given B complex shots three times a week, for nearly a year. I had no side affects. I know you can have bad effects from overdosing on vitamin A. But, I've never read or been told of any complications with B.
