Why is it that when I ask why Jesus could do so much stuff, the only response I get is that he is Jesus?

As opposed to some factual information.

Because, to those of us who believe in Jesus, saying that He can because He is Jesus, explains it all to us. But fact is He could do so much "stuff" because He is God and God can do all things.

Here is why. If you were presented a video tape or something on YouTube showing Jesus doing a miracle and Jesus rising from the dead, sure you would believe in Jesus and Christianity then but it would not be based on faith but only on what is factually in front of you. So Jesus says experience Him in your own life to see if he is real or not, but no one is going to lay down a video tape or a fact that somehow will make you convinced of what Jesus can do.

Ok...I will put some thought into this...you still probably won't believe me...and more people will probably not like me...but if it means saving a soul...then I'm going to try.
God is higher than facts. Man cannot BEGIN to fully understand Him. God is about faith. He created us so can't we believe? But, God came to earth in the form of Jesus, the Son. The Godhead is made up of the Holy Trinity which is God, Jesus and the Holy Ghost. God came to us through Jesus and gave him the power to perform miracles. He sent him here to die for you and me. Maybe you should read the Bible. I'm not saying you HAVE to believe it...but just read it for research...maybe that would help you understand.

Jesus peace be upon his is the messenger of God, and God sends his messenger to show and guide people to the right path but for the people to be convinced that this path is right they need a proof and this where the "Miracles" come

God always send the Miracles to challenge people AT WHAT THEY ARE GOOD AT

for ex at Mosses time people were so popular with Magic thats why Moses miracles came to defy their Magic

as for Jesus time people were so popular and powerful at medicine thats why Jesus miracles are waking the dead and healing people and making birds out of clay ....etc

God made this Earth and all the Heavens around it. He made man and man committed sins. God sent his only son down here to die on the cross for our sins as well as to spread the word of God. That is the only two things that he had to do. The second coming of Christ will be to gather his sheep. The sheep that chose to stay lost that is their problem. I sure do not want to be on the wrong side of God when that time comes.

Probably because any other answer requires too much thought. But I'm in a thinking mood.

Jesus could do some very cool stuff, but what we all seem to overlook is that he told us that we could do the same cool stuff and more if we simply recognized that we could. God gave all of us the capacity to perform miracles, but the vast majority of us will never have the spiritual confidence to do anything with it. Too bad, really.
