I am VERY confused with friends, boys, school, sports, AHHHH! I can't handle it but I have to do them. I am on the B honor roll struggling for A. I have ADD so schools easy for me (right). My family problems add on to the list with my 4 younger brothers I have to constantly take care of, my mom struggling with lyme.....my dad's always gone on business trips...HElP! Is there some way of relaxing or rejuvenating? Can there be a way for me to calm down? HELP ME!

You're on overload. Not a good thing but there's a solution.

It's nice that you take up your responsibility with your family seriously, means you care about them very much. But you care about a lot of things too, stuff at school, socializing, recreation and your future 'coz you're aiming high on your studies. This are very good qualities that makes you the unique person you are BUT don't let them control you. You must take control of them.

Time management is the answer.

(1)Pick your priorities first and make your best time for them. The rest can wait for a while or can be dealt later.

(2)Find time to relax. If your a morning person, walk in the morning by yourself, the exercise will also keep you relax. If you are a night person, instead of going out you might choose to find a hobby or a good book to read. How about taking a nice warm bath before going to sleep that will help too. And if you have extra cash on hand and you can afford it, go to a nearest spa in your area and have a massage on a weekend.

There's so many ways you can "calm" yourself down but the key here is TIME. You have to make time for it. How? manage your time wisely. Don't waste your time on things un-important. Most of all, STOP WORRYING TOO MUCH. Tust in God that things have a way of coming together for the best when the right time comes. No need to be confused :-)

Find a quiet place and pray.When you are in right standing with GOD and you KNOW that you KNOW HE is going to see you through then you'll have the peace your looking for.
Read John 3:1-5 and Acts 2:38 , visit church sometime because GOD still heals and can heal your mom.The United Pentecostal churches are great.

just take 5 or 10 minutes out of the day to sit down and relax
