this not a christian trait.
this is not a trait of christians. God is with us all the time so why would someone only be with Him on a parttime basis? dont pray just for yourself. pray for forgivness, pray for friends etc.,and most of all thank God daily for dying for your sins. im sure these same people never say thank you to
no,it isnt in our nature if you follow a religion. as a christian i pray for forgivness for any and all sins of the day, i pray for our military. friends and family, but most of all i thank God for the many blessings he has bestowed on me. i havent had a charmed life i have had alot of misfortune. but i still can thank God for any and all blessings. right down to giving thanking Him for giving me another day of sunshine. if it is anyones nature than thy are not practicing christianity. e

I think when we don't take time out when our schedule gets hectic, or for whatever reason, this is exactly what happens.
We have to remember to put the suit of armor on, read His Word and pray everyday to prevent this.
I bet being a nurse you see people drawing closer to God through tragedy. I know I do. I'm trying to stay close everyday now. God Bless!

you are speaking for yourself a true believer never forgets God ever and who do you thank every day for being alive? some people go to God when they need something but when He answers them over and over then they will develop a relationship that is never ending in this life and after, we as human have many faults but I can say that is not one of mine,

Speak for yourself; God is a part of everyday life for a practicing Jew - which is what I am.

We have a tendency to think that we're perfectly capable of living our own lives without God's assistance until we're confronted with evidence that we, well, suck at it.

Thats about it. He who follows the law and fails in one, has defiled them all. I think that biblical. Without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness.
