State on New Hampshire and I don`t know if I have one or not .... My sister was using my ID and I didn`t know . So I am trying to be pro-active before this goes too far .

Go to the court you were cited from's website. Search your name through the docket search.

You do not know if you have an outstanding speeding ticket?How can that be ? You had so many that you lost track of one? It would seem you have to check with the jurisdiction that served you to find out. Do you still have the ticket?

What state? Go down to where you get driver's license we call it the DMV and pull a driving history it costs about $5 good luck.
