i want to know if smoking cessation drugs and patches will help

Yes, they have just much as cigarettes.
So Far the FDA has approved only five drugs for smoking cessation: Nicorette gum, the Nicoderm and Nicotrol patches, the Nicotrol inhaler and nasal spray.
It works if you are ready to stop smoking.

Yes, cigars do they are rolled tobacco.
I heard zyban works. I tried that stupid inhaler but it just made me want to smoke more. I haven't tried anything else because ultimately I know that I won't quit until I REALLY want to.
One other suggestion I would make is if you are ready to quit find a support group, there are even some online ones that will help.

No. Stay away. I know they are harmless. But that is their purpose. To get kids to like these things and eventually cause them to start smoking. Stay away from it. Do not fall into temptation!!!!!
