You are not fat at all. You are a growing child; your body needs nutrients to grow. Please do not do this to yourself, you are hurting yourself. You need to eat according to your age, do not stop eating by thinking that you are over weight. If you want to manage a healthy weight, eat a proper and balanced diet and work out regularly to burn off excessive calories. The simpler one can be a brisk walk, believe me it really works gradually. Or if I say in simpler words, eat a lot and enjoy your childhood, take part in games and in extra-curricular activities.

Heeey you eat like I do! I'm in classes and work all day long so I usually don't start eating until 4 or so in the afternoon. Just make sure that stuff doesn't take a toll on you.
If you want to get in better shape I actually suggest waking up earlier and maybe walking or jogging, then eat a light breakfast. Go through the day as normal, then jog or walk after school and then continute as normal.

I would say, if you want to lose weight, eat more nutritous stuff, like fruit of veggies instead of ice cream.
But 106 in perfectly normal. I'm 13 and weigh 110lbs.
Basically the key to a healthy diet is excercise, eat right (fat free yogurt, skim milk, nuts, fish, fruit, veggies, water!!) will help.

Okay. Well first you don't sound fat. I'm 14 and me and most of my freinds weigh alot more than youand we're not fat. I guess it depends on hieght... Anyways anerexia (and everything like it) is a terrible idea. It usually ends up leaving you looking grossly skinny and sick looking. It also makes you stop growing. Your nails and hair become unhealthy from lack of nutrition. Trust me. It is NOT attractive at all. Eat every meal. Just make sure it is healthy food and not alot of fattening snacks. Makes sure you excercise everyday even if its just a half hour or so. Such as running or sit ups.

I don't know how tall you are, so I can't tell you for sure whether or not your weight is healthy. Secondly, if you are trying to lose weight, you're not helping yourself by not eating. By not eating all day and then snacking, you're messing up your metabolism. What that means is that your body is holding onto every calorie you eat because it doesn't know when you are going to feed it. eating regular consistent meals and exercise is the healthiest way to lose weight. (though I'm not so sure you really need to lose any).

First of all 106lbs is generally a thin weight unless you are 4'5.
If you want a good workout join a sports team, you are in Jr. High / High School they should have volleyball, basketball, softball... something of the sort, it will keep your metabolism up.

I hope you like being short because if you keep depriving your body of nutrients you won't grow any taller. You need to eat at your age so you can properly mature and grow, you can save the dieting for later.

you need to not go with anorexia and bulimia. they are not fun at all! Trust me i know from experience! I have dealt with both/ just work out a couple times a day and run and stuff. you'll lose it. you're weight isn't bad at all! I promise!! that's about average i would say. good luck

You look so fine nothing to worry... Its better to maintain your health than to have illness. Remember that it's only in your mind. I think you have Anorexia Nervosa a psychological disease but physically you're great. Good Luck.
