Today as I was walking to my car out side of the a library, I saw a wild dove being traumatised in the middle of the parking lot. If it was to be left at that spot a car would have kill it after awahile. I could tell the dove was in pain and couldn't even fly. I got a wool jacket that I had in my car, and got close to the dove and I picked it up from its wings and placed it under the tree.
I then left to go to the post office to mail some important documents.
I asked the clerk if she knows if there is a bird or animal rescue in the town...she had no idea!
I called up my brother Christopher to ask the same question...
He said to call the non-emergensy police line and ask...of course I didn't call them because I felt that they might think I am nuts or I am loosing it.
I then went to my house which is 3 blocks way from the library picked up a shoe box I had, threw some crackers in there and run out the door. When I got there the dove was DEAD...I froze and cried...

That is very sad. I do not think it is a sign though. The bird may not have been dead.I found a bird in the middle of the street behaving as you said your bird did. I took it to the nature center and I thought it died before I got there. I took it in for them to dispose of. They said it was not dead. That it probably got hit by a car and it was passed out because of a concussion. They said it happens all the time. I went hiking and they had placed it in a cage w/ a heat lamp. When I came back it was standing up but acting really strange. I looked at it's eye and it was super dilated. I called and found out a few days later it was released successfully.

What a touching story.
I think your a great person to try and help the little birdie when he needed it most.
Even though he died, it's so lovely he had someone who cared for him in his last moments.
Nothing you could have done would have saved him, he had been suffering for too long and it was just time for him to go.

A sign from god, maybe, if you believe it is, then I'm sure it will be.
Rest in peace little dove.

There are a number of procedures that a guy or woman can "are watching for" the destiny. (one million) in simple terms understand-how a persons' habit, and understanding what they'll do decrease than specific circumstances. all of us can do this to three quantity. (2) in simple terms being sturdy at guessing (3) Demonic spirits can provide some people "some" perception into issues. this would no longer be the case for a saved guy or woman (4) The Holy Spirit givens some a spirit of "discernment" the place it somewhat is accessible to understand some issues that are going to ensue. basically saved people have this present. (5) God will provide specific revelation to three people with a view to deliver forth some thing God needs. This basically happens in very specific circumstances. Your difficulty sound extra like the 1st one.

It probably died from shock from it's injury. They are very delicate creatures.
It was so sweet of you to be so concerned.
There are rescue groups that specialize in injured wild birds. I searched the internet after finding a Morning Dove with a broken wing, and there happed to be a group in my area. I delivered it to them, but they told me it was in shock and would not survive. They put it down humanely.

No its not a sign from anyone, the bird was probley hit by a car, and internally injured, or it was sick. You did the right thing, next time somthing like this happens call a vets office after securing the bird they usually know of animal rehab. places.

Everything in our lives is a sign from God. The sign would be that even if you are meant to experience things that you don't like, they will happen because it had to be, so you have to be strong. It is so awesome that you are so sensitive, that is a gift. But you know every living thing not matter what it is, the minute it is born, it is destined to die, and nothing and no one can do anything about that. GOOD LUCK

aaww, that's so sad. i don't see how it would be a sign from God. Now had you laid hands on it and prayed for it, it would be a different story. However, you did a LOT more than 99% of the people would do, and that, my friend, is very pleasing to the Lord. I would have cried too....you did what you could. If only we could see good deeds like this on the news instead of all the evil.....God Bless you.

NO, it was not a sign from God. You tried your best, you did a very wonderful thing for that bird. This was just one of those tragic events that happen in the cruel world of nature, and has nothing to do with signs from God.

The dove probably had been hit by a car and would have died no matter what. God sent him to you so you could comfort him in his passing. I'd say you have one more star in your crown.
