I also entered laajennokset into google, and I got lots and lots of pages from finland.
My next step would be to go to an online translator like
babelfish.com. , where you can type words in one language and get a translation into another. But my internet connection is acting up right now, so I'm giving up on that.

The language is Finnish and I found all the words
in a fine online Finnish dictionary.
ohje = direction, instruction
laajennokset = extensions, enlargements
tasot = standards, levels
kanavat = channels, canals.

my guess is that its a scandinavian language. Prolly norwegian, sweedish, or danish.
but watta i know?
