I ate a ham sandwitch and didn't realize the ham had gone bad untell I had eaten half of it. Now I feel nauseated and shakey but I'm not able to throw up the roten meet. Even though I feel like I need to. should I be worried?

food poisoning does not usualy occur for 12 to 24 hours after eating contaminated meat. The symptoms are pains in the stomache, nausia, vomiting, diarea, dry mouth, . Go to the doctor. How do you know it was off??

Sounds as though you need to get to a medical doctor...
Food poisoning causes vomiting, diarhea, etc.; a fever; nausea, shakiness...
It may have been just enough to make you sick.
