Sprung is a slang word that means you really like someone and they have you doing all kinds of things that you normally wouldn't do. For example, A girl calls a guy up and she asks him to bring her some money. Now the guy live 2 hours away, and right now he's pretty busy, but he stops what he's doing and brings it to her, his homies and friends would say "Man she got you sprung and whooped." Whooped is just another word that people use instead of saying sprung, but they mean the same thing. Hope that helps.

Everyone that says sprung is not a word but the incorrect form of the past tense of spring (sprang) is absolutely incorrect. Sprung is an accepted form, and when is the last time you ever heard of a 'sprang' mattress (a mattress with broken springs)?

In what context is the word being used??

Sprung is actually not a word.
Some use it as a past tense for the word sprang or spring (not Spring as in the season either).

Again, it's hard to answer unless we know the sentence the person is using the word in.
