The first time will be painfully! It just depends on how the guy does it... But if he knows that its your first time hopefully he will be gentlier on you!
But you need to be 100% sure that you are ready for sex... Don't go by what he wants! It's your body and your life!

This depends on lots of things I'm afraid. My first time didn't really hurt at, at least not until the day after. I have friends who had similar experiences to mine and other friends who said nothing had ever felt more painful for them and were in agony the whole time. And every stage in between.
If you have someone nice and caring to do it with and you are sure you want to, the only thing is to go for it. There's no way of knowing how it'll be for you without doing it.
Just make sure to use protection, plenty of foreplay, and make sure you are somewhere you feel safe and comfortable.

There is no such thing as trying sex...you either do it or you don't..I suspect that you are far too young to have sex & if you did become pregnant ....it usualy changes your whole future as far as school, jobs, social life & parenting are concerned-------I was a Detective for many years in a large US city & remember seeing a 27 year old woman take her 13 year old daughter to an abortion clinic & I recall speaking to many 16 year old mothers carrying their 2 year olds on their hip.....I used to buy inexpensive tupperwear type containers because I would make junkies , prostitutes & undercovers soup or coffee in my office microwave. So many of them had AIDS that I always gave them the container to take home or throw out because I would not take the chance of reusing the same container that they had used.---You don't need to run the risk of getting pregnant or contracting a social disease, etc.-----

Why do you want to try sex-----is it as a joke, as a dare, to please a partner,or some other motive.Sex is beautiful, brings couples together, share feelings and emotions. It can also bring pain , disappointment,.separation, and anger. Before you engage in sexual intercourse, be clear about the person, what you hope to get from it, your reasons for wanting to be dis flowered and what happens when the deed is done. The sexual act itself does not hurt. but if you are a virgin, there night be a slight discomfort and some bleeding.----that is all there is to it.

agreed. please wait. if you are considering "trying" sex, then hurting is the least of concerns you should be weighing. your sexuality is something that grows and changes as you figure out who you are and what you want in life- give yourself a break and take your time with this.
and please use protection, and use it correctly.
sometimes, I kind of feel like- if you arent close enough and trusting and open enough with a person to talk about the worst diarrhea experience of your life... you maybe shouldnt be having sex for the first time with them? - talk about INTIMATE (and potentially awkward)!

Or you can pleasure yourself and wait to you find the right guy. That is what I did. Made myself happy until I found my husband. He was my first. We met when I was 20. And I've had the pleasure of many orgasms long before I met him.
That way you know what YOU like and you can show him how to do it the way you like it. That way you both aren't fumbling about. And that way the first time is much less likely to hurt.
