a few days ago i tried this cool drink
i dont know what the heck was in it but
i could have sworn the guy who made it for me said that it is vodka + mineral water. he said it is a finnish national drink

it TASTED sooo good that i forgot to take a recipe
any clue? thanks

You probably mean kossuvissy.
Like you said it's vodka + mineral water.
Real kossuvissy is made out of Koskenkorva viina ('kossu')
Here is one recipe for it:

1/3 of Koskenkorva
2/3 mineral water
ice
(possibly with a slice of lemon)

It's not any official national drink of Finland, but it's popular.
Because it's very popular there isn't only one recipe for it.
Usually some 'kossu', and then fill the glass with 'vissy'.
(Amounts depending on your mood)
In Finland it's usually made out of real Koskenkorva, but some other vodka (like Finlandia vodka) should do.
