With the load being a UPS(back up power) and a camera, do you size your branch circuit breaker/condutor for just the camera power or for both the UPS and camera power?

You size your load for the UPS.
It might well draw it's full load when recharging
the battery after an outage.

You aren't very specific on the UPS.

I am going to guess that the UPS is small and is reliant on AC power and 120Volts. Same for the camera but using DC with step down charger. One circuit 20Amp breaker with 12-3 UF wire for outdoor safety and a .GFI (Ground Fault Interrupter). with 2 outlets.
