It rather depends on how well you know the person who is teasing you, and whether the teasing is in fun, or is harassment. If you know the person well, and they are just teasing, you should be able to explain that the teasing is bothering you. If you don't know the person well, but think the teasing is just teasing, you could tell them, "You are soooo mean," with a sad look, or a crooked smile on your face. Then give them a real smile, and move on.
If the person is teasing you out of meanness that's a whole different situation. Giving them any indication they are getting to you would embolden them further. Still, you could use the same type of line with a dismissive smirk, or roll of your eyes to show your disdain for their remarks. Then ignore any further teasing, but be polite during any other conversation. You could enlist your friends to change the subject if this situation happens again. If it appears no one finds his comments interesting, he will stop.

I like the condescending, "are you quite finished yet?" But if someone is teasing you, I wouldn't even glorify that with words at all, just walk away.

The best way is to just say "shut up"! It gets the point across clearly with no sugar coatings. To make it stick even more rudely, say STFU and that'll will get everyone's attention. If you're dealing with little ones, just say "ATTENTION! Quiet please"! and that is enough.

Just get a really stupid look on your face, like over dramatized interest. Kinda suck you cheeks in, tilt you head, pucker your lips, look them staight in the eyes, and keep nodding. the look like, "hmmmm... how fascinating."
or you could say, "Well, *sigh* I suppose that's ONE way of looking at it." (as you roll your eyes)
If they are going on and on. I often take a step back, then throw my hands up, waving them up and down. "Whoa! Negative energy! Negative energy!" People usually laugh.
Or you could do like they did on "Dude Where's My Car." The more they talk you say, "And theeeen?" they talk you: "and theeeen?" repeat as often as necessary!
