I've never seen hair like mine. It curls very tightly on the sides and in front, but stays wavy/almost flat the the top and back. I just can't seem to find a haircut that works for this. Any suggestions on how to cut/style it to make it look good?

Is your hair shorter on the sides and in front, and longer on the top and back? If it is, that is why it is curlier in places. The longer curly hair grows, the straighter it gets. Longer hair is heavier than short hair and the weight pulls down on the hair shaft, making it appear straighter.

My advice is to keep you hair cut the same length all over your head. Or...see your stylist about some straightening techniques and products.

I hope I've helped.

have you ever tried straightening it or making more defined waves all over your hair? I think that would work to make all of your hair look the same instead of having some curly and some wavy
