I have a 1996 Kodak DC210 Plus and I dont get that good quality. How will I get the best quality with this old 1 megapixel camera?

Time to retire the Kodak and buy a new camera. The Sept. 2007 issue of Shutterbug Magazine had a review of several 10 megapixel digicams. You can read it at shutterbug.com - just do a Search for "10 megapixel digicam". (Note: The review includes the Canon G7 which has been replaced by the G9)

You can also read reviews of various cameras at steves-digicams.com and dpreviews.com.

There's no such thing as good picture quality on a 1 megapixel camera, unless you want to print images the size of postage stamps. It's time for an upgrade.
