Fresh dough is great and if you have a local pizzeria you can buy dough from them and make you own pizza

pizza dough is actually quite easy to make and cheap too. It just takes alot of time and work and patience. Bobboli is really good in a quick fix. But I still prefer my own kneaded hand and working it.

Pizza dough could nicely be frozen in balls - after the 1st upward push and till now the 2d upward push - only punch down, element, shape right into a ball or a around and freeze. it ought to take a sturdy 8 - 10 hours to thaw and upward push in basic terms slightly interior the refrigerator till now you may shape and use it. i would not freeze it greater suitable than 6 to eight weeks in case you prefer a sturdy tasting dough. to precise thaw - eliminate from freezer the night till now and place in refrigerator. only till now you're waiting to apply it - eliminate from plastic wrap, foil or freezer bag (in spite of you used) and place in an oiled bowl; conceal with plastic wrap. while it starts to upward push back it particularly is waiting so you might make your pizza.
