Chuck_Junior,

I would like to know the nuts and bolts also but the part I find so promising is the EVerify system.

"The E-Verify program provides employers with an inexpensive, quick, and accurate way to verify employee eligibility. E-Verify has already achieved tremendous success, but is currently voluntary and offers little incentive for employers to participate. This puts users at an economic disadvantage when it is only being used by a fraction of U.S. employers and competitors continue to hire illegal aliens. "

No more excuses from employers...

it is a good idea. Numbersusa is a very reputable organization and it supports a limited population. Many of those apposed to the wide open borders that the Democrats and the President want, are apposed on grounds that Number USA clearly discuss.

The map is big. If you ride over it in an airplane, it looks like it is big. But when you get just west of Denver Colorado and out of the Rockies, you discover that is where they test the Martian Rovers. It is that dry, that bad, and it looks a great deal like the Mars surface. If you look, you discover there are a dozen places in the States that are running out of water. There are NO dedicated water supplies for many homes worth millions, and millions, and millions of dollars.

It is important to understand the Democrats and the Republicans laugh and suck their bourbon and tell us that a growing population is a wonderful idea, and a growing economy. We are in the consequences of that bourbon talk with a looming recession because this country cannot handle that population those idiots talk about.

Numbers USA is a good place to go if you want a vision of the future.

I am sick and tired of seeing illegals trying to be above the law. This seems to be the same pattern here if enough illegals use the scare tactics, America is suppose to comply with the wishes of the illegals and ignore the laws. This country cannot expect to survive if document fraud is part of life. We cannot have selective law enforcement. Americans are getting fed up and it is about to burst. We cannot take it no more.

I've heard there's a few problems with the system but all in all I don't know why it's not used. In Wisconsin we use a similar system for verification if anyone applies for any type of government aid and it works well. So I have to wonder why they "supposedly " have so many problems with this system. Or do they?

I had not heard of this, but I agree totally with the concept. Although our government passed legislation in 1986 that was supposed to fine employers who hired illegal aliens, no administration ever did anything with it. The law was ignored. Thanks for the link I will be emailing my representative to support the bill.

I like the idea, but I also notice none of the major Candidates listed on the cosponsor list.

Funny about that.

I'd like to see the actual nuts and bolts in writing, but it sounds like what is needed.

Yes, I've heard of it, and e-mailed my Congresscritter to vote for it. It's about time to enforce the immigration laws already on the books, without anymore amnesty. This law pretty much enables law enforcement officials to fully enforce immigration laws.

I think it will pass the House. The Senate is the question.
