I am being badgered to buy this Nano Madallion and wear it. Its supposed to cure illness. Any truths?

They try to explain by Quantum mechanics, which is way above me.

Quantum mechanics isn't even fully understood by physicists. If someone's trying to use it to sell a product, you can be sure that it doesn't work and they're just trying to fool you (and themselves.)
