That would not be good because you would eventually gain back the weight you lost, and then some. Crash dieting is really bad nutritionally, and weight wise. If you really want to lose weight eat healthy and exercise. You need more than 20 calories a day. You need at least 1200 calories a day.

You would most likely die after a while. 20 Calories is extremely low considering you burn about 1500-2000 a day depending on muscle mass, and other variables. You probably wouldn't have energy to do anything. Sitting for an hour would burn more calories than that so your body would run off of fat until it burned as much as it can then it would turn to muscle mass and eventually eat itself

LVegtables are low in calories too. Eat them. Bullion cubes eaten the way you want to eat them will make you very sick. Don't do it. Eat fruit and vegtables and you will be healthy and slim. good luck

Honey, you would get way too much sodium in your system. Not good!
The sensible way to lose weight is to eat several small meals and step up your exercise. Eliminating all other food is just not good!!
No matter what the latest fad is or what your girlfriends say!

you're rather sick for even thinking that. if you want to lose weight, stick to a 1200 calorie diet and about an hour of exercise a day, and lots of water. don't exercise more or you'll need to eat more to survive.

You would probably GAIN weight because of all the water retention you would experience. Boullion cubes are pretty much like salt cubes.

You might find yourelf overdosing on salt. I think you need to acquaint yourself more thoroughly with substantiated nutritional facts. If there happens to be a "demon" guiding you, PLEASE learn to ignore it and seek proper nutritional advice from a professional. You might also find that meditation may help you think positive thoughts and be happy in your own skin .
