practically all the events of Jesus’s supposed life appear in the lives of mythical figures of far more ancient origin. Whether we speak of miraculous birth, prodigious youth, miracles or wondrous healings – all such 'signs' had been ascribed to other gods, centuries before any Jewish holy man strolled about. Jesus’s supposed utterances and wisdom statements are equally common place, being variously drawn from Jewish scripture, neo-Platonic philosophy or commentaries made by Stoic and Cynic sages.

Depends on what you call a magician? The miracles he did were true, well most anyway, some were just miscontrued! He didn't actually turn the water into wine literally, but I do believe he walked on water. read Don Carlos Matus, he was a South American Shamen who could create great feats, and many other religious peoples throughout the world. We are all focused on Jesus because we are taught to, but miracles happen everywhere, we just have to look for them!

Birth of Jesus to Virgin Mary was miracle of God. His speaking as new born baby in favor of his mother was miracle of God. Raising a dead, curing the sick were all miracles of God through Jesus to convince Jews priests that he was Prophet of God. Because they didn't want to accept him for their own interests of not relinaqishing their powers. If they had accepted Jesus as Prophet of God, they would have lost the positions of High Priests and the riches that they made selling decrees to people. All miracle God performed through Prophet were to test Jews. They failed the test when they recommended Romans to crucify Jesus.
