I will be graduating from college this year and will start work with the Big 4 Accounting firms. What advice would you have for someone who is just entering or rather new to corporate America?

Corporate American is a mess. They get people out of college because they have trashed the people who made them what they are. They will ruin your health. They will mess with your brain. They will want you to do things that are against your morals. They brainwash you into thinking they are great, pay the best, and offer the best benefits. In less than 20 years you will have all sorts of health issues and your family will not benefit from the money.
If you are silly enough to join the rat race be very careful. Don't be an eager beaver, you will make a lot of enemies. Listen, and don't ever act like you're smarter than anyone.
You may think you know of all these better procedures. People don't want to hear it until you have been there a long time. Be humble, and don't ever talk about people.
Good Luck! If you can start your own business you would be so much better off. I know many people we are in the trap of Corporate America~they need the money to pay for their big houses. Stay away from greed and live very modestly. I
wish you the best!! Congratulations, on your college degree! You have worked very hard.

Don't.

Do not enter corporate America unless you enjoy a rat race and 80 hours week, every week. You will pay your price in poor health and when you will count on them most they will dump you like a 20 years old used car. Talking about being used! And the pay is not worth either.

P.S.
And listen to the guy 2gd2b4rl bellow. He is smart!
