I wouldn't know. Most of the Christians I know are living with their girlfriend/boyfriend.
I don't think God condemns anyone. People do that on their own.

If they don't want to live with the boy/girlfriend, that's fine by me. If they tell me it's morally wrong, I disagree. "I have my own moral code which I adhere to. To me, it is a good thing to live with someone, as though married, to help prevent crisis. After all, to me, marriage is binding forever, and I don't want in uninformed."
They try telling me that God says its wrong, and I say, "The God as described in your book is one I don't believe in. I feel God exists, and I feel God does not condemn me for this choice."
If they continue to push it, I tell em to back off. But that about covers what I think of the matter.

I think if someone doesn't believe in moving in with someone before marriage, then by all means, don't.
Personally, I don't see anything wrong with it. I would've moved in with my husband before we got married, but our circumstances didn't work out that way.
As far as what a god thinks...well...they've certainly come up with some interesting things to get angry about...

I am christian, and i lived with my boyfriend for 2 years, now we are engaged and still living together. I think christians who say it is morally wrong need to mind their own business. God loves me, and my fiance, and we will both be going to heaven (not for a long time, i hope!)
For beautiful mess...I respect your opinion to abstain from premarital sex, but dont judge others who chose not too. Sex is a really important part of a marriage, and if some people choose to "test the waters" so to speak, it is their right.

Conversion regularly in basic terms happens to marginal believers. In economics, marginal shoppers are people who're very on the area of fixing their minds some habit. If one hundred human beings opt to purchase a shirt, yet a million guy or woman in basic terms approximately feels the shirt is in basic terms too high priced to purchase, that guy or woman is a "marginal" shopper of the shirt. it is a crucial concept in economics by using fact the marginal shoppers are the 1st to alter their minds while something ameliorations, like if the fee of the shirt is going up. further, people who're nostril-deep of their faith or loss of religion regularly don't get switched over. this is the marginal believers -- people who're already having doubts -- who get switched over one way or yet another. while you are going to attempt to transform every physique, concentration on marginal believers. do not waste all human beings's time attempting to transform deep believers. permit the descendants of your marginal converts in turn convert the zealot's marginal grandchildren.

People get a little carried away.
But those people that refuse to live together before marriage have no effect on my life. Just like I'll have no effect on theirs when I live with my boyfriend.

I don't worry about it. I've had a live-in girlfriend who was a practicing Christian. Topic never came up.
Oh, and we had sex regularly, just in case the poster beneath me couldn't discern the obvious.

I think all Christians disobey the laws of their god, so who are they to judge anyone?
