There are two possible outcomes of your problem---you are indeed the father of her unborn child or you are not.While you don't believe that you are, your position is weakened by the fact that you can't remember if you had a condom on or not. This does not mean that having a condom on excludes you as the potential father,all it does is reduce the chance that you are. Since you also indicated that she was the best friend of your brother's ex-girlfriend, it is apparent where she got your phone number. My advise is two-fold:1) talk to your brother's ex-girlfriend (her best friend--remember) and try to find out all you can like who she was dating besides you, how many,the time frame etc2) even after you get these information, it will not absolve you of paternity; only a DNA test after the baby is born can definitively and conclusively state who fathered the child. Assuming she is in fact pregnant (and is not a ploy to get money from you or a ploy to enter your life), you have to wait until the baby is born. I wish you all the best.

Condoms are not always 100% effective. If you slept with her then you are possibly the father of her unborn child. All you can do is wait until the baby is born and have a blood test. Treat her with respect during this time, after all she could be carrying your child.

I think I heard that on Maury. The chick says "he is the only guy I slept with" and 10 paternity tests later she still don't know who her baby's father is. Get a paternity test and this should be a lesson to you to ALWAYS wear condoms!!!!

Just call her here and there and then when the baby is born have your money ready cause it's better to spend a few hundred then a life time of questions. If the child is your step up if not wish her luck and don't look back.
