It's severe depression, a treatable form of illness that originates in your brain chemistry. It can be treated with medication. You need help immediately, because you're having suicidal thoughts. .

If you're in school, see your counseling department or tell a trusted teacher. If you have a good, open relationship with your parents, tell them.
If you're an adult, you can go to a mental health clinic, or, if you have one, see an M.D. for a referral.

Please do that, and also see the phone book or Google for "Suicide Hotlines" if you need to talk to someone immediately.

I am very often online and you can email me, if you need support, even though I don't know you.

We all love ya, dear.

How old are you? If you are a teen, you may have a teen depression. That is normal, it is caused by hormonal changes in your body. It affects you emotionally and physically.

Make sure you are not making it worse and eat healthy, get exercise, keep active at school, do things for others to take your mind off of yourself. Get involved with life! Believe me, these years are the best, enjoy them.

it sounds like clinical depression to me as i have suffered previously and had friends with it. you may also notice change in sleep and eating habits? i would suggest seeing a doctor and maybe consider counselling if it would help you to talk about it. there are a number of medications available for depression. and dont be afraid it is very common and treatable.
