im shrinking. everyday i measure myself to see if im getting any taller. and its weird b/c the numbers have been less and less each time im measuring the same exact way every time and at the same time of the day and with the same tape measurer is this possible for me to be shrinking at the age of 18 LOL

Yes, this is a phenomenon going on with people that spend too much time on the Internet and not enough time going outside. People shrink an average of 2 inches every month who spend more then 56 hours on the Internet each month. Go outside and run!

It sounds like you have become a little obsessed with measuring your height.
Try not to measure yourself every day.
This seems to be causing you anxiety and worry.
If this is a behavior you are having a hard time managing, get some help. Best Wishes

Do you have on the same shoes? Standing in the same place?
Shrinking at 18 is rare!
