I have a job I get a weekly pay check and my fiance wants me to move in with him.. my mom always yells and is never nice... my dad doesnt really want anything to do with me.. my parents have been divorced for a long time.. my mom wouldnt sign and i know my dad wouldnt help.. i need help to get out of my house so im not miserible all the time.. how can i do so? please help me

well if you get married you will be legally emancipated...
there are only a couple ways you can be....
1. marriage(go to a state where it is legal for a 17 year old to get married)
2. join the armed forces.
3. have your parents permission
4. get a lawyer and take it to court
maybe you should look up what the state has set up for emancipation where you live....

Did u try going infront of the court? Maybe if u prove to the court that u can live on ur own and be able to support urself then mayb u can get out of there

again, unless you can go to court and PROVE you can live ALONE- not with your fiancee, you cant
get a lawyer
