Wonderful answers. It amazes me that 100% of the answers jumped to the conclusion that is was a non-consensual gesture. The question was posted to see if there were any people who thought it a crime to do this. I am doing this in response of the two young boys who recently had to register as sex offenders because they swatted a girl's rear end. While the boys should have gotten in trouble, making them register as sex offenders, putting them in the same category as rapists and child molesters, sickens me. It lets me know that the government wants to criminalize EVERYTHING. Let's not forget about the young girl who received detention for 'hugging friends at school'. This nation is becoming a police state and many of your answers confirmed this. Now I know I am not crazy. Thank you.

Lust is what made you pay so much attention to that part of her anatomy.
We all sin and I'm sure you've done a lot of other sins in your lifetime and any of them would send you to hell.
Fortunately Jesus died for our sins and if we ask to be forgiven, He will forgive us.
But that does not give you license to swat the bottom of every cute girl who comes your way.

Smacking her behind is rude and you should not do it,
but the only thing that will take you to Hell is denying God
and not repenting,if you feel guilty,then repent.

It's rude, and you could face legal or disciplinary action if you work with her and she's pissed off enough.
There are far more effective ways to let a woman know you're interested in her.

It's a rather bizarre, and potentially painful, sublimation. You could try to find something a little less unpleasant to do to someone who turns you on - like being nice to them.

It is not considered lust but it is considered bad manners. It can also be considered sexual harassment or even assault. Not a good idea especially if you are wanting to get her attention.

I dont know but I do know you dont have a right to hit other people and if you live in the US it could be considered an assault, dare I say a sexual assault.

By law it's called assault and battery - don;t know about hell but jail would be in order
