have a crush on this guy named Blake from the question I asked before. Everyday he carries my books, he stares at me, follows me around at lunch, we have tons of inside jokes. We talk on myspace 24/7. Today, I finally got the courage to ask him on myspace who he liked and he said his girlfriend! I was like ;o in my head. I asked him the name. It took him forever to reply and he said Christina. I've never met a girl Christina at school before.. he was single yesterday. I asked some other questions about her. He read them but didn't reply. Then I went off topic and asked him something else and he answered! I look at all his friends on myspace and Christina wasn't 1 of them. Everyone has a myspace. Atleast where I live. Yesterday was when we really started actually flirting and now he has a girlfriend. Then I got thinking. Maybe hes making me jealous... What do you all think?

i personally think that the whole "christina" is a made up story! and if its a real somebody most likely is not his girlfriend! i think he is making this up for u to get jealous, but again we really don't know forsure! don't drop into conclusions yet, try to find out more about this situation. and now instead of asking him those questions on myspace ask him in person, and you'll notice if its the same reactions or not! well good luck!

He's too young to know how to act, that's what you should be thinking. Guys are never as up on relationships as girls. Wait till he's in high school, then he'll be better at this. He's just too young right now, and I know that you're not, but he is. Tell him you'd love to meet Christina some time, just to see the color drain from his face. Then tell him that when he's through with Christina, you'd like to go out with him. Watch him faint. Good luck honey!

I think you have too much time on your hands. Study hard and get the best grades you can. Years from now this drama will mean nothing but if you get good grades, you will move on to a higher, more sophisticated life and meet fabulous people who dont answer that Christina is their girlfriend. So take the first step. If you don't know "Christina" and she doesn't know you, and you tell him that you like him, "she" will never know, so no problems there. It seems like he likes you, so what do you have to lose? At worst it might make things a little awkward but if you're close enough to consider dating him, you're friendship should be strong enough to withstand that :) good luck with it!
Make sure it's what you want though, don't run headfirst into it if you aren't sure about it, because he probably just isn't ready.

I think he's calling you Christina. Either that or he just wants to be friends with you (I can almost guarantee you that it's the former). He's probably thinking that you just want to be friends, so I would flirt a little bit and start trying to hug him to see how he responds. If he responds well, then he's definitely making Christina up.

Wow, haha, guys tend to do crazy things like that. I think he might have made her up just to make you jealous but I suggest, do a little more investigating. Maybe ask a mutual friend to dig up some dirt or even find out if its that he likes you back. Hope that helps!! Good luck!! =)

It does seem that way... although assumptions can be dangerous to a friendship/relationship. I'd recommend you go straight to the source, and ask Blake directly maybe via IM or even in person so that you don't have to wait for a reply.

Christina is either a fabrication or she is someone that lives elsewhere that he would like to have a relationship with.
Most likely, a she's a fabrication. He is just being coy and probably suspects he is chatting with you. Slow down and play it cool. He'll come around.

I think you need to figure out what you want. Do you want this boy. then go and get him. regardless of if there is a Christina or not they are just as new as you and him. so go on get that guy, but be warned he might be running his game on you and Christina are you ready for that consequence?

It sounds like he is just a young, confused guy that doesn't know what he wants.
By telling you he has a girlfriend he is either trying to see if that makes you jealous, or its a way to get you to back off without telling you that.
Either way, you are in for some heartache with this one.
