That does seem a bit problematic. What would be interpreted as an erotic tease between a non-cohabitating couple might be interpreted as being aloof and distant between couples living together. I'm not really a fan of living together anyway because to me it seems to be a romance syphon...you see the dirty socks, the panty hose hanging in the bathroom, and God help us, someone is going to blow up the bathroom and romance jumps right out the window. But I assume you're trying to play hard to get to enhance romance on some level, so it can be done, you just have to be more creative. The best hint I can offer is to try to maintain some air of mystique even within the household. Mystery piques curiosity, and that's exciting for both parties. DOn't let yourself become SO familiar that you're seen as a sibling. (It happens).
