I have a dry patch on both sides of my nose and lotion wont get rid of it.. what do u think it is?

there is this like dry patch right on both sides of my nostrils. Its flakey, pinkish-red kinda bumpy and sometimes itches.. i have had it for about five weeks now and its embarassing... does any one know what it is and what i can use to get rid of it???

Have the same problem and solved it, after many different lotions, with Olay Quench. I was shocked that it worked and worked after one application. Let me know if it works for you. PS, also had the same problem around chin and between eyes.

Could be due to colder weather, possibly eczema.
