Yes, it will heal. Hopefully, you've stopped the bleeding by now - either with the soap trick or a tissue.
I keep a bottle of Kwik Stop Fast Acting Styptic Gel Formula among my cat supplies. If I accidentally cut my cat's nails too far, a little dab will stem the bleeding. Fortunately, I haven't needed it yet, but the vet and the folks at the pet store both recommended I keep it on hand just in case.

If you use a soap bar.. it'll probably make the kitten go nuts. Animal first aid kits come with flour to clot it up... If it doesn't stop bleeding soon, you need to get in touch with your vet to be sure you didnt hit the blood vessel, you can usually see the vessels in the light...but you wanna be sure..good luck..

To stop the bleeding, dip the toe in corn starch, or flour if you don't have corn starch, that will help it coagulate and stop bleeding.
Yes, the nail will fix itself, but it'll be sore for a few days.

this may sound wierd but it helps, take a bar of soap and stick the kittens nail in it, keep it there till the blood clots and then take it off, i have used it for cutting rabbits and dog nails too short.

It will heal. Like any human wound, put a tissue on it and keep pressure on it if you can. Just hold your kitten and keep telling him/her that it's okay and you're sorry.

Why in the world would you cut a kittens claws???????
Leave them alone--either have them declawed (which is very cruel), or just hands off.
