All states have to comply with the federal rules, laws, and regulations regarding gun sales and transfers. Some states impose other restrictions, such a California which has a law stating you can only buy guns on the state's "approved" list. Other states, like Wyoming, have no such added restrictions. However, if you plan on coming to Wyoming to buy a gun, federal law applies to your non-resident status and imposes restrictions.

NH and Vermont too. But in all states you still need to pass the federal background checks.
Concealed carry is a right in Vermont, they take the right to keep and bear arms 100% seriously. Nice safe state, lots of polite people.

my wonderful state oklahoma! You can walk into a gunstore and walk out with a new gun in 15 minutes. Of course as long as you're not a convicted felon.

Both Vermont and south dakota have very loose gun laws.
