the commercial I believe was for both NCIS and The Unit, but I am not entirely sure.

if that's the song you're talking about...on there it says that according to the CBS website, the song is 'The Kiss' by Karmina.
NEVERMIND...that's wrong - that song was featured in the episode not the song for the promo
