I just watched a recent interview they made to the Dalai Lama on CNN, and he mentioned he meditated on impermanence. What are your ideas on this? Sounds like a good idea. It's a way of detaching oneself from things, he said.

"We need to meditate on death and impermanence to overcome procrastination, and to ensure that our Dharma practice is pure by overcoming our preoccupation with worldly concerns."

Impermarnence means change and change is good because there is so much misery out there!
