take him to the Vet because u don't know what he could have!!!

Hopefully you used lukewarm water and made sure he was completely dry before letting him go outside. However, dogs don't get "colds" they way humans do. It could be an allergic reaction to a product you used (shampoo or whatever) or it could be a coincidence that you noticed it after the bath and it could be un-related (i.e sinus infection). Just keep an eye on it and call your vet it if continues.

Dogs are supposed to have cold wet noses. Check him again tomorrow and see if the wetness has any substance to it. If it's just like saliva, forget about it. Your dog is fine.
