I don't think you're depressed! I think it's more a matter of growing up. Everyone goes through those things around your age. At times I've thought I was depressed but realized it was just something i went through...especially dealing with my sister being bipolar I know what it's like when someone's really depressed. I think all you need to do is talk to someone you trust about how you feel and why you think you're depressed and try to be optimistic about things! Hope I helped!

There are different types of depression. For example; situational depression is when something happens, like a death in the family. This depression eventually goes away with time and healing.
At your age, it is most likely what I call "teen depression". You are experiencing many hormonal changes (starting your period, etc.) which throw not just your physical body into a spin, but your emotional state too.
You can experience all that you listed and more. But, don't worry, it does pass. There are things you can do to help yourself; understand it is normal, make friends at school and in your neighborhood, get out and get exercise and fresh air daily, eat healthy (no sugars, sodas, junk foods) and do things that make you feel good (volunteer, join a club at school, begin writing a story, read a great book, get involved in sports at school, etc.).
Life is about choices and making our own happiness. Learn now how to have a fuller life so when you grow older, you are much more likely to have a fulfilling life. Take care sweetheart.

I am going to say no.
Those are normal feelings for someone your age at school. I know exactly what you're going through, I was 13 at one time also.
However, if you develop anymore symptoms that start to affect your life or health it may be the onset of depression.
You seem to be emotionally sensistive and introverted. Which is nothing to be ashamed of, I have the same personality traits. The bad news is, is that we are at a relatively higher risk for developing depression. Just keep an eye out, that illness can come on so fast, it feels like a ton of bricks. No worries for now.

I wouldn't jump to depression right away. It's a good idea to talk to your counselor or someone you can trust. Chronic crying is something to be concerned about, but talk to your counselor first than move on from there. Hang in there.
