If so where did you go to purchase the items needed and can you efectivaly use Beeswax and put a nice scent into it. Also if you could tell me what scents smell the best, that would also be helpful. Thanks Again, D.

yea they sale beeswax kits and other kits for candle making at most craft stores.....I like the ones at Michael's the best not sure if that is a nationwide store or not though...........ive only done it a couple of times but the beeswax ones are really easy to do.........I personally like the pumpkin scent its sweet and spicy smelling..............candles are yummy.

Well, My grand kids and I made sand candles several times.
They have nothing to do with smell, but everything to do with looks.
I went to a local craft store for wax, and wicks. Then we dug the holes in the sand and put in the shells,pieces of glass, etc. to make sand candles.
But when I went to the craft store for the supplies, there were plenty of fragrances offered there also.

What I did was to let a (purchased) candle drip, until I had a big pool of liquid candle wax. Then I put a wick into the pool and waited for the wax to cool and harden. This gave me a very fat, short candle.
