If she's a full time student at a school, and lives with you, then yes you can if the school qualifies. Can't be a correspondence school, or one that offers classes only online.

Does she live with you, and does she claim her taxes as no one is claiming her? If she lives with you, and you are responsible for her in any way; and she is not puting on her taxes that no one can claim her, then yes, you can claim her on your taxes. If she lives with you, but pays you to stay there, and you have no responsibility for her, then she can claim that no one can claim her, and you cannot claim her on your taxes.
