Can I use crushed Zesty Italian croutons...instead of Italian bread crumbs?

I am making Italian meatballs for dinner and it calls for 1/2 cup of Italian bread crumbs.

You could do that. Just reduce the amount of salt called for in the recipe a bit, by half would be safe. Have a good night!

You can use regular bread crumbs too and add Italian seasoning (herbs).
