us army help please?

i have something called hypothyroidism and i have to take a medication for it. can i join or is it a automatic disqualification

Best bet is to call a U S Army recruiter and ask them, i am sure they have a answer real close at hand. The rules change too much for just anyone to keep up with them.

I have the same. It is a low thyroid condition. It causes low energy and hard to keep off the pounds. Se your Dr. it is treatable
