You will need to watch it close it could be a harmless spider but you never know so you will need to be ready to call your vet if he starts acting sick or the place starts to get worse

depending on the kind of spider and the size of your dog,if he is showing signs of poisoning call the vet.

Benedryl. 25mg for small dog, 50 mg for large. It will help stop the reaction to the poison.

call you vet and let him know what has happened, moniter how he is acting, if he acts strange by sleeping a lot or gets any inflamation or rashes, then bring him to your vet immediately
